CRANEWAY for the calculation of overhead cranes
CRANEWAY is a software to be used for the calculation of crane runway girders of suspension cranes according to EN 1993-6. With this stand-alone program you can design multi-span beams including different types of supports (pinned, free, lateral on top or bottom flange, spring constant ...). Furthermore, you can define the following calculation parameters: geometry, stress group, dynamic coefficients, load situation, ... Due to the 3D animation showing the displacement of the crane trolley together with the unfavorable loads at each point x of the beam, CRANEWAY ensures a realistic simulation as well as a visual checking option of results (internal forces, deformation analysis, stress analysis, fatigue design, buckling of plate, weld seam). Moreover, the short summary of all analyses and diagrams of the calculation can be accessed in a clearly-arranged and detailed results documentation.
