FineMEP used in the “Mawteny Residence” project

The case study was carried out by the Architecture office 'Le Porte à Faux' and the designer of the MEP installations Mr. Abdelwahab Krim, engineer at the office 'Riego Maghreb'.

The project concerns a 17-storey residential building with 5 basement levels and 225 apartments. Its total volume is 93,031 m3. In addition, the project also includes 305 parking spaces, 2 sports halls, community space, restaurant, supermarket and other auxiliary spaces.

For the purposes of the 'MEP' case study, FineHVAC, FineSANI and FineGAS were used in a combined/synergistic way for the dimensioning of the piping of the HVAC, sanitary and gas networks, as well as for the detailed specifications of the HVAC equipment and associated plumbing.
