Steel & Graphics was established in 1990 as a software publisher, following the transformation of the TecnoMETAL engineering office of Mr. Renato Toffali into a software company. Mr. Toffali had been an expert in the design of metal structures since the 1980s.
The TecnoMETAL software was one of the first AutoCAD applications dedicated to the design of metal structures. The company quickly expanded its reach internationally and became a leader in several markets.
Today, the company develops and offers CAD and calculation software for the field of metal construction, a production management software, and an architecture software.
