The types of piles that can be analysed are the precast pile, the bored pile, the helical pile, the screw pile and the micropile. The software also offers the possibility to calculate any pile. The user can specify a number of cross-sections, even armed ones, that make up the length of the pile. The user can choose between different correlations for the evaluation of bearing capacity and transverse resistance. IS Palificate performs mechanical checks of the pile and calculates settlements. .

In seismic cases, in addition to the appropriate structural requirements, the possibility of liquefaction of the shallowest saturated layers is checked.
